Sled Dog Systems is a family run business in Willow Alaska. Dan, Kim, Josh & Dakota Schlosser have been involved in mushing & racing dogs for 18 years and have owned Sled Dog Systems since 2008. We are active in promoting the sport of dog mushing from sprint to distance & everything in between. We enjoy building and designing sleds that are truly engineered for speed. More importantly, we enjoy meeting people from around the world that have the same passion for dog powered sports as us. We currently have a kennel of 40 dogs in Willow Alaska. We moved from Wisconsin to Alaska in 2012 to chase the dream, and that was the best decision we’ve made!
Here’s some background on us. Dan & Kim have many years experience of machining & manufacturing precise parts for the aviation industry.
